The title insurance in Delaware can be estimated at about $3.50 per $1,000 of purchase price. Delaware is an attorney state so you should really contact a settlement attorney. Go thru an out of state settlment company just costs you more money because you have to still get a Delaware attorney to do settlement and the out of state settlment company adds on their fees as well. There isn't any out of state title companies that can compete with you go directly to a Delaware Attorney to have your real estate title and closing done.
