6e went under contract November 7th. It has not yet closed, so we don't have a closing number. When it went under contract it was listed at $440k with an outdoor parking spot for an additional $20k. Very interesting and attractive unit with more than 1800 sf of space. As a timber loft, it effuses a resonant and visceral energy. By the way, a top floor one bed with 1300 sf of space just listed in the same building for $360k.

More info to add to my previous answer to you: It WAS under contract in July, but it fell through and the listing was reactivated shortly thereafter. At the time it went under contract the list price was $465,000.
