Hi Shelli, The selling price for this property has not been posted yet. It appears that this property was in escrow when it had a list price of $315,000 and, according to the MLS, went to an expired status as of yesterday. We (agents) are supposed to update the status of a property within 3 days of it changing but that does not always happen. If it did infact close escrow it is not showing as such right now. I also checked the tax records and that has not been updated either with any current sales information.
