If you had all of the above items in a single family home, it would far exceed the monthly dues, but if your single family home doesn't have a pool/ spa, gated community, fitness center or HOA all together, then the single family home would be a wiser choice.
A moderate sized home with a small yard would probably run you about $75 - $100 / month for water/ sewer/ garbage.

Good thoughts to consider before thinking of a home vs condo.. However it's really hard to pin point a specific set of numbers in general for expenses such as water, sewer and garbage. Every property is different. When was it built? Which way does the property face? What type of insulation does it have? Type and age of windows? What is the age of the air & heating systems? Age of water heater?
Typically, in considering a specific property, often you can request the previous utility records from an owner. If they have them unavailable, sometimes with their permission, you can get them directly from the utility company. However, do be aware there are several factors to consider in looking at someone else's utility bills. What are their habits? How many are living in the home? Do they run the air and heat regularly? Do they take long showers? An owner's utility bills are relative to that particular families usage habits. Their habits may be completely different than yours will be.
