There are many variables such as marketing methods used, and advertising budget is a factor. Any home is a good investment if you buy for the right price, in direct comparison to recently sold comparables. Care should be taken when choosing comparables. Having sold several properties in both those counties I would suggest taking on the help of an agent. They can effectively guide you to the neighborhoods that appreciate well and have held thier values.
I'd love to earn your business, and it would cost nothing as buyers' agents are customarily paid by the listing brokerage firm. Give me a call! Thu May 8 2008, 16:57
