Hi Don,

There are approximately 11,000 single family residences in Anthem. Anthem is made of a few different areas. First there is the country club which consists of about 2,500 homes, then the first phase of Parkside which consist of about 5,000 homes, then the west side of the freeway which is about 2,000 homes and then the northwest part of Anthem up the highway which consists of about 500 homes. The prices in all of these areas fluxuate depending on location.
