Hi Barbara,

Since January 1, 2009, there have been 113 4 bedroom homes close and there are another 131 that have sold since then but have not yet closed (pending). The number of homes sold (113) is a little inflated because some of those houses were sold before January 1 but didn't close until after January 1.
