My advice is to commit to interviewing at least three agents. If the third agent is the best, then interview one more; keep going until you find one that isn't as good! Then go back to the last one and sign up with them.
You can always use another agent's price, but you can only take one agent's advice and guidance.
All the best,
Yes you should feel comfortable with the agent you choose.
List price is critical to selling a home. As such you should insist that your agent can show you homes that have sold recently to support the price that they are recommending.

I would have to agree with Mark. It is not just the price you should be looking for you should be looking for someone you can communicate with and trust. Interview at least 3 agents and choose the one you like most and try to find a happy medium with the price if the agent you choose does not hit your mark. It is all about price location and the condition of the home. If it is priced to high people will not look and some will look but not make an offer and the agents should bring 3 sold comparable homes with them and 3 homes that are currently on the market to show you where they are getting there prices. Just remember it is the buyers who determine the value so trust in the numbers provided from the sold listings. Hope this helps and best of luck to you.
