The lot size on that listing says .92 acres. In North Carolina, a minimum of one full acre of pasture land is required per horse. If the land is in a subdivision and meets the minimum size requirements, you would also need to make sure the subdivision allows horses. Find out more about horse properties in North Carolina here:
