Hi Greg,

My name is Ryan DeLaune / RDeLaune@Lenderama.com

In order to use income to use income from a W2 job, you will need a 2yr work history. However, many other forms of income can be used. Such as retirements, pensions, alimony, child support, social security, etc. that do not have any time requirements other than a 3yr continuation.

I would be happy help you accomplish the best financing possible for your goal.

I think it is pretty much like most other loans - usually a 2 year work history but if you just got out of the service there may be waivers. Would you like to talk to someone about Pre-qualifying so you know where you stand?
