You can't see any neighbors from the house. You have a view up the valley away from the Valles Caldera. If you want expansive views that you aren't sharing with anyone, this is the place. Turkey trail is a little steep so you will need a 4WD to get up there in the winter when it snows.

It recently had a fire in a utility space under the house - did not harm structure. WIth the insurance settlement, the owners had everything replaced and redone - carpets, appliances, tile. My wife and I were in there before it went on the market and saw all the work being done.
