4220 Rocky Rhodes has been listed since September

Rocky Rhodes is a great street in a newer subdivision. The most likely reason it wasn't selling immediately is that there were new homes all over in there in a cluster. We oftens see somewhat slow sales in a situation like that initially because many people don't want to deal with the construction noise and mess. It's sold now as well as most of the homes over there. Now if they can just get the neighborhood pool done it'll be wonderful!

Thank you Amber! I appreciate it. I wonder why it isn't selling? We saw it and loved it, but we can only do a contingency contract (which they aren't really interested in).
