How is the neighborhood around Mountain view Park in middlesex? Is it family oriented, safe? Is it a flooding area? Thanks for your comments.

The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. Parks are great for that ;-). Regarding flooding, the entire park is in a flood zone as well as areas east and south of the park (around the Bound Brook). As Jefferson pointed out, FEMA provides the detailed maps to see exactly which properties would require flood insurance.

Hi Maria,

You may input any address here for the official FEMA flood maps. My home is in zone X (I'm on a river) so when the mortgage company tried to require me to get flood insurance, I emailed them the link and the image with my property and they backed down the next day.

Here's are those links. You don't have to buy them - just click "view".

Mountain View Park is located next to the High School. I have friends and family that live there.
Perfectly safe area. Some streets do require flood insurance but not all. Nice Area and Family Oriented.
Walking Distance to Park Pool and Playground.
