I live close to HillCrest. It is a great community in a very nice and clean location. Schools in the area are good and getting better.

Hi Polly,

Its a great community. Best buy.

Please ask you realtor to provide all the local information so that you can make informed decisions.
Its a good idea to check their community website and contact any board director for more information about the community. You can also ask you realtor for this information. He will be able to get you all the information you want.

All the Best!

I've lived in the neighboring community for 15 years so I can offer both a personal and professional opinion on that location.

Hi Polly,

You can check out the community at this website: http://hillcrest.freeservers.com/. I live in Milpitas and this community has the best elementary and middle school in all Milpitas. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and services. It is a very good place to live connected to a large park.

Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Here are some links to their community websites. Perhaps it will give you some insight.

Buying a home is very personal and my personal opinion is going to be based on my own wants and needs. This is true if you ask any number of people. I recommend you knock on doors, visit all hours of the day and night, experience your commute, review the local retail, and then decide if what you find fits for you.

Have an amazing day!

You are buying 50% Townhouse and 100% HOA:
Go by there and talk to some of the residents; find out if it is a good place to live:
Is the HOA responsible and receptive, or are they dictatorial and repressive?
is the HOA financially sound, or are they raising the fees every year to make up for their incompetance?
You can learn a lot.
