Hi Mary,

That's a relative question and answer. Most people dont think its bad at all. But some do.

Generally speaking, once you've lived here for a few weeks, you get used to the planes and hardly notice them anymore. The noise also depends on the flight paths which change and are on a monthly rotation as well as depending on wind direction and speed.

Regardless, it hasnt stopped Brambleton from selling more new construction homes last year than it has since the community first broke ground 10+ years ago.

If you would like more info on Brambleton and/or a tour of the community or area in general, just let me know. I'm a native to NoVA and can tell you about the past, current and future changes hapoening in Brambleton and NoVA in general.

Hey Mary- I live here in Brambleton, our office is here too. I don't think the noise is bad at all, you don't even really notice it much.

Give me a buzz if you would like more info about the neighborhood or if you have more questions about the airport noise.
