How is the Rose Crest community in Placentia? What do the people in the city think of that community?

FIRST ANSWER
One of my coworkers' mom lives in that community. She really enjoys living there. It is a new community, built in the early 2000s. The homes are nice and the community is fairly quite. It is convenient to shopping and is fairly close to freeway access (within 10 minutes) so that is a plus for people who have to commute on the 55/91/57 freeways.
