In October 2009 a single family home built in 1994 was closed in $700's.

NJ...one of the prettiest areas. Lots of trees. The area has a community pool (you opt to pay to join or not). Close the the Country Club. Mix of mostly ranch homes, and colonials. House and lot sizes vary, but a very lovely neighborhood.

Adjacent to the Clive Hills section which is also lovel,y with a mix of ranches, colonials, bi-levels and split level homes..
