As for the golf course being shut down, only have the golf course has been down. The course is 36-holes and only 18-holes is not avaiable for playing.

You can locate a realtor in that area request for approx. up too a 3 year history strictly for that area. Regarding the area you can do a zip code search and read the stat's for the area.
