I'm sorry, but I honestly do not know how fractional ownership works. I have never been involved, studied or been a part of this type of ownership. Usually it's offered as the price is so high that they want to sell parts, not that the County doesn't want the land subdivided. Here is the name of the agent that is owner and listing agent of that property and she should be able to tell you how it works. I would imagine that there will be different spins on this type of ownership for a while. I totally agree with you about full disclosure but we are most often limited by the amount of data that can be input on any one listing. By the way I couldn't find it listed for $60 k.
