I listed and sold two Siena Townhomes in 2008. It is a nice little community with walking distance to West Gate and a shopping center right next door. What I like about it is that it is located in a single family nieghborhood with good school, verses the compaction of Rivermark. I haven't seen Whisman yet so I can not comment. Toll Brothers built the Siena condos and the quality is beautiful.

The association management was a little problematic in getting what we needed to close escrow but we got what was needed. It is also on the FHA approved list which is very important in financing. Also, when you go to sell no signs can be placed except in the window, so other marketing is key to exposure and getting it sold.

1. Siena town house is located in west San Jose, and very closed to Saratoga, Campbell and Cupertino.
Elemantary school is country lane, score is over 900. Great neighborhood.
2. Rivermark is new community thst is closed to many major high tech company. However, it is closed to rail way and San Jose airport. There might each 5 minutes one flight is flying above your home.
3. Mountain View is a nice town. Whisman station townhome is easy to access to highway. School is not
as well as Saratoga Siena.
Generally, choose the once is closer to your work plcae, and depends on your life style.
