idk where you teach, but your sentence could use some work....ANYWAY...
why go for the mmc when teachers get any house thy choose to buy for 50% off the purchase price??! who could ask for more than that?
i'm not sure how you don't know about this, ask you co-workers SOME ONE must know of it. i also live in cc. go to CITY HALL, ask whatever office in there about the government 'good neighbor' home grants. teachers, cops emt etc etc etc get this grant. your home is basically handed to you...good luck. go get a 100k home for 50k...can't beat that! let me know how it goes. n ask if you can qualify for more than one type of grant at once...idthink so, but it's worth asking. look at my other postings, sounds like u may learn a lot.
