Frank,

All the townhome developments in Newtown do vary in one way or another. Depending on your price range Newtown does offer many possibilities for you. Communities/developments vary on sale price, location, association fees, amenities (pool, club house, tennis courts, basketball courts etc.). Newtown is known for an easy commute to Philadelphia, Princeton, Trenton and New York. Accessible to major highways and rail roads.

Headley's sale price's can be less depending on what one home offers in comparison to another. It does have an association fee of approximately $155 month which does include trash removal. Other communities have a quartely fee of approx. $95 or minimal lower mothly fee and does not include trash removal. The interior and exterior of some homes are more dated. I have friends and clients that either currently line in Headly or have previously. They all have had great experiences.

I hope this will be helpful. If you have any additional questions that I can help answer please don't hesitate to contact me. I was raised in Newtown and am a current townhome owner in Newtown.
