Hi Rio,
see link below which details the requirements, including links to homes that qualify. I do not believe Cherry Hill and Voorhees have any homes that qualify, here is a link to the cities that do:

Information below mentions a Live Where You Work Program. This is an Ideal program where you can get both closing costs and down payments paid for you at closing and if you live in the new home for 7 Years, you do not have to pay them back. A few caviatts (sp?): A town has to participate (and Voorhees, Cherry Hill, and Evesham (Marlton) does; You must buy in the town you work in, (Live Where You Work); You have not owned a home for the last 3 years; You must have at least a 620 Credit Score; and a few other items.
If you wish, contact me, and I'll send you details on the Live Where You Work Program. I'll need to research the Teacher Next Door Program for you.

I have sold many homes in the area you are looking in and the Teacher Program you are inquiring about is offerred through some lenders. I work with a large lender that offers this program and can explain to you whether it makes sense to use this program or whether rates and other programs may be more beneficial. If you need the lender's info, please contact me at 856-261-6910.
