Hi,

Niki from Trulia here. Trulia provides an estimate on the off market properties on our site. From the home page of our site you can search a location or address, making sure that you have indicated "estimates" as the search type.

If we do not have your address as a public record, there will not be a Trulia estimate. If there is a public records listing for your address, or the status of the listing is "Sold" or "Public Record" you can find and claim Sold listings to your Trulia Profile. Listings that are "Unknown" status cannot be claimed.

As the owner you can add facts to improve our estimate. Please see http://corp.truliablog.com/2012/03/15/trulia-estimates-goes-… for more information about how to change the owner information and request a new estimate on Trulia.

Or request an estimate from a local expert. You can also use the "contact an agent" button on the listing page to request an estimate from a real estate professional in your market.

Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any other questions at customerservice@trulia.com.
