The top selling agency will know who they are... and will likely promote that fact in advertising and/or on their website. Check out websites for local agencies, and see if any make a point of stating they are the Top Selling Agency. If/when you find that agency, call and speak with the broker/owner and ask questions. The broker will be able to identify an agent in his/her office to meet with you.

Best to interview realtors from at least two or three agencies. And as others have stated, a good way to find a good agent is to ask friends/family/colleagues.

Good luck in your search!

Good morning. It doesn't have to be a top agent to go above and beyond to help some one sell or find a home of their dreams. Try going to open houses and see if you click with the agent. The agent you choose will need to make sure they understand your needs.

I hope this helps :)

You could look on the real estate website options like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and see which agent's name you see the most if you are just looking for the top selling agent. Are there any other qualities that you may be looking for? Someone who will give you the time and attention that you need. An agent who will be your partner during the selling process.

While Trulia does have a search for this it would be in your best interest to just drive around your neighborhood for Signs to see if several are more frequent. Otherwise possibly discuss this with a few friends or work colleagues.
