How do you find out the information on the foerclosures? Since it is Public knowledge, you shouldn't have to
pay a website a few for this info. I am only looking in one town, South Windsor, CT so just go to the town Hall?

Good afternoon,
South Windsor sells their deliquent list to a corporation, I forgot the name. If your just curious who is on the list, the Tax Accessor's Office can provide you the information. Best Wishes! Kathy Winemiller Sentry Real Estate Fri Jan 25 2008, 13:57 Web Reference: http://www.kathywinemiller.com

Hey Sharon,
If you're only looking in one town this should be easy. You should go to 'County Seat'; the town in your county that hosts the County Courthouse. Its there that you will inquire about 'Sheriff Sales.' Someone should point you towards an area that has actual physical papers hanging that you can take with you. Hope this helps!
