How do you figure out the yearly taxes from your site?

Taxes vary on properties. They consist of property taxes as well as school sometimes village depending on where the property is located. The taxes also may reflect exemptions that pertain to the current proprty owner. Due to the many variables its is best to have them verified before purchase

Pawling taxes are figure out by multipling assessed value times school tax, land tax and village tax. then you minus any deduction like STAR and others if they apply

Keep in mind that it's always a good idea to reverify any taxes with the local tax assessor's office; also consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information; not all online sites post information in it's enterity...

Online website will not be able to list everything in a listing. Contact a local Realtor if you want all the data contained in a listing, you just can't get 100% of it here or any other site other than the MLS itself and only Realtors can get that.
