A house is a house its yours. if you can afford a house and have the will and money to keep up with the house then one should buy a house. however, if you do not want to be bothered with the garbage/snow/ice upkeep then buy a condo.
But then you will be a partner with the other owners of the condo association,
which may or may not be for you. you must consider all things on both sides
that work for you.
