You'll be well served by at least getting yourself on your local MLS and there are limited service firms that can get you there. You pay up front and do all the work yourself, so you remain for sale by owner, but offer to participate with buyers' agents. Once listed you can get exposure on sites like Trulia.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend at least speaking with a local Real Estate Broker. While it's certainly not a requirement to use an agent, they do bring value to the process that you may not even realize. Beyond knowing your market, an experienced agent should be able to bring buyers to your door and help you negotiate from a better perspective which may result in a more favorable bottom line at closing. Regardless, it doesn't cost anything to interview and few agents and find out what they can do for you. To your success,

Actually, you cannot list your home on Trulia, only agents can do that. You CAN get a cut-rate, listing-only agent that will get you in your local MLS and THAT will likely get automatically picked-up by Trulia. Best of luck...

You can list on Trulia, Zillow, etc, but will have trouble getting it in the MLS near you unless you enlist the help of a real estate agent.
