How do we get a home or home loan?

Asked by can.4321, Milford, IN Mon Mar 4, 2013

We are being "evicted" so to speak, not because of anything we did. So because we have to move we would like to move to a better school district sooner than later, because it is eventual. We can't get a home loan due to bad credit scores. We don't have enough varying credit, only "installments." Also student loans are holding us back from getting a loan. Should we try to get a bad credit loan from like Citi or try a rent-to-own? p.s. We applied for a loan with our credit union and they turned us away for the reasons above. We do not qualify for an FHA loan because our scores are too low. What do we do?!

Do you know how low your credit scores are? I ask because we are able to finance FHA loans with middle credit scores as low as 580. Feel free to apply online at http://www.rhlapps.com/kjones or give me a call.

We offer home loans with no credit and no income verfication. We require a down payment of 35% though. Do you have a down payment saved up? Please let me know if you'd like more information.
