Danny - yes there is an exact way to get the information you were looking for via an MLS map search using the polygon tool to outline only the area you want to include in the search. If you are still looking I would be happy to set one up and send it to you with your parameters.

If you want to do one on your own - you can use the map search function on my website for the public. http://www.greenkeyproperties.com/search.htm - click the map tab - click the polygon tool at the bottom - click to start drawing - click and stretch the tool - double click to end. Then the list appears to put in your price, bedrooms and other parameters.

Once complete you can have automatic notices of price changes or new listings.

Danny, most real estate companies have websites with basic searches. You can narrow your search to the town and the price range, but probably not as specific as west of the 7000 block. Most any Realtor in the Carteret MLS could provide that for you, and put you on an automatic e-mail to receive new listings as they come up in your area & price, and even get more specific if you wanted such as 3 bedrooms, water view, etc. Of course I'd love to be that agent for you!
