My best advice is to attend one of these sales. I've been to these and they are very interesting, the most centralized location is: 4050 Main Street, Riverside. It is held on the courthouse steps every morning. Go to the courthouse and watch the auctions going on. Listen learn and ask questions. The clerk will give you a website to go to. Do your homework on any properties you want to bid on. They have very strict guidelines for bidding!!! Good Luck!!!
