FIRST ANSWER
Sorry, I don't know the Cavalier market. Every market is different. In Bismarck, ND, - Burleigh and Morton county, where I live, the market has been going up about 3% each year for the last two years. But that even varies by neighborhood and price range- some of our neighborhoods have stayed level, some price ranges have dropped a little! You may want to speak to a local REALTOR or a city official for more information on your market. Good luck.
