How do lenders look on pensions & Sociial Security?

Asked by B_schiller, Orlando, FL Tue Jan 22, 2013

Spose and I have about 5k in monthly benefits. Not subject to lay offs or other disruptions. How do lenders treat this type of income?

They love it, is seen as gold. You have a very good argument to get a loan approved. I would suggest you shop around several lenders since they will want to work with you and give you a good rate....assuming you also have good credit history.

Hi There:

The love that sort of guaranteed income. I have a really good lender that I can reffer to you. If you would like, please email me so I can pass on your info to him.

By the way, if you would also like to conduct your own search from a single source that has the entire inventory of homes for sale in Central Florida, you are more than welcome to use our website: http://abidhendi.orlandopropertiesonline.com. This website basically contains the same data base that all the agents use to search for homes. There, you can also set-up "Property Alerts" which automatically sends you an email the minute any property that matches your criteria comes on the market.

Have a fantastic day & I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

I have several lenders who are easy to work with and provide excellent serviceto their clients. Your pension and social securtiy are verifiable incomes, which means lenders will not have a problem with them. The home you are looking at already has a contract on it, but they may be accepting back up offers. I would be happy to help you with your home search. Please feel free to contact me either through email or telephone and I will provide you with the lender information.

Best wishes,

HI B_Schiller

If you are retired then your income is your social security and the pensions. Also you something to consider is your credit. If your credit is good then you should have no problems getting a loan. I work with several lenders that could help you. If your relocating to FL I have some great information I can send over to you as well. There are a lot of great things going on in our market. Take a minute to look at my profile to see if you would like to work with me. Feel free to email or call directly.

Hi B_schiller,

They will view this favorably, as any type of stable income, especially since it’s verifiable.

The home you inquired on has a contract already, but they may consider “back up” offers.

Or, I can work to help you find something similar in the area.

I hope this is helpful.

Please feel free to contact me directly carlrealtycenter@aol.com.
