Hi Kitty-
Like all the Realtors below, I would love to have you visit my website or call me and I can assist you as well. However, if your real question is how do I find foreclosed propertes in the Tucson area, or for that matter anywhere in the US, without contacting a Realtor first, I would consider logging on to Realty Trac-They have the most comprehensive listings of homes that are in foreclosure (bank/corp owned) or heading there(short sales). They will provide semi-complete info for free-for a fee they will provide access to more in depth info on the homes they have listed. If you decide to logon and find something you are interested in, then I fully support the recommendation of the other 'pros' in terms of representation, inspections and the process involved in these purchases, to contact a Realtor to help you negoitiate the complexities involved. I have included the link for Realty Trac below. Wed Apr 23 2008, 17:35 Web Reference: http://www.realtytrac.com/freeSearch.asp

Many banks hire Realtors to list their foreclosed properties. It makes it easy for the buyers to treat as a normal sale. Except they don't usually give you disclosures on any damage to the property because they've never lived in it. I'm sure Michael would be able to provide you with that information.
