Dear Elhubb1982:
Most lender have FHA programs available. Perhaps you can start at where you bank and have established a business relationship and ask them if they offer FHA financing. New Kensington CDC has a first time buyers programs and they can be reached at 215-427-0350. They offer mortgage counseling services and work with several reputable lenders. You may also be entitled to certain grant programs that New Kensington CDC offers to buyers. Best wishes, John Szymanski 215-888-3162 (cell)

Elhubb1982,

Most lenders do FHA loans. I can definitely recommend a few if you would like.

Also, I offer free Homebuyer 101's for those who are new to the process. Let me know if you would be interested.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

With any FHA approved lender who is licensed in PA. I can put you in touch with a few great FHA mortgage reps. There are certain guidelines you and the home have to meet to qualify for FHA funding.

Feel free to email or call/text me for the contact information.

Hi, Elhubb1982.

To answer your question, almost every bank/lender out there can qualify you for an FHA loan; you just have to speak with someone.

If you would like a mortgage contact, let me know and I'll refer you to a reputable one.

Best,
Tim

Hi

Your fist step in applying for a home loan is to speak with a mortgage broker.

The broker will take you info over the phone and then go over your options with you.

Not all properties can be financed with an FHA loan, some only qualify for a conventional loan.

If you need a referral to a lender or lenders please feel free to email me.
