How do I use MLS on your website?

There is a public search feature where sites such as Trulia pull information off MLS systems but is not really the MLS per say. Only members of the MLS have access and the bulk of the information is not available to the public.
You would need an real estate agent to get most information & as a buyer, in most cases there is no charge to you to contract with a buyer's agent. Then you have someone on your team representing your best interest, looking for properties that you qualify to buy (you have already seen a lender - right?) and making appointments in a orderly fashion to view properties.

Hi Sara,

To use the MLS on our website please go to search for homes and then put in the criteria that you are searching for. Got to http://www.forwardrealtygroup.com/search-for-homes.asp and that should do it. Let me know if I can help in any other way. Thanks-Mark 239-5593 mark@markgladue.com
