I'd use year built as 2007 or 2008 for the cutoff dates.

You should try Move.com's New Homes search. It is a great resource for listings of new homes nationwide.

On Realtor.com choose the home search button, then advanced features. For age of the home put 0-1 year. You could get some exceptions to the new only field, but I'd think few. Not very many people will sell a home in less than a year.

Supports featured listings which are controlled via the administrator panel. This feature require a period in days to run the featured compaign. This allows the administrator to collect the payments for the listings the way he/she likes (online, offline) and just set the compaign period in the administrator panel after receiving the money, the expired listings are downgraded automatically

The multiple listing service gives you the ability to narrow your search in many categories, one of them being the year or range of years that the home was constructed

Contact a Realtor in the area and he/she will set up an emailed search for you. They will specify new construction or homes built in the past few years in the search.
