I'm not sure if you have already found the answer you are looking for but I wanted to weigh in. I think the biggest thing to selling your home quickly is for you to look through the eyes of a buyer and prepare your house accordingly. that would include: staging, curb appeal, structural soundness, inviting, openess, etc. If you need additional help, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Think like this... "highest price, shortest time". However consider, the simple key to selling a home fast is to price it right. You could spend all the money in the world fixing up and marketing your house, but the wrong price on the right house guarantees no sale.
