The easiest way is to check the Zoning maps for areas on the Master Plan that are zoned for Business use. Then narrow down the search to those areas. The Multiple Listing Service does not require an accurate entry in the Zoning field when the listing is input to the database. The use you intend may or may not be permitted in B2 zoning too. There is also another Multiple Listing Service for commercial properties so you may want to contact a Realtor like myself that can access those sources of information for you. Of course, there's never any obligation to buy a property or any property when you're working with a Buyer's Agent, and we get paid by the seller so our services are free to you.

As far as I know, the only people who have access to that information are Realtors. It's available on the county property records, but you have to pull up the records, address by address. Are you aware that it costs you nothing to be represented buy a buyer's agent/Realtor? Buyer's agents are compensated by the seller of the property that the buyer purchases. Many people feel that once they find a property online, they can just call the agent listing it and if they decide to buy it, they can buy from them directly, without their own representation. The listing agent represents the seller and it's his/her duty to make the best deal for the seller. They have no duties toward a buyer, which leaves the buyers interests unrepresented and unprotected. Too, if you are looking in the Highlands area, it likely means that you are interested in vintage properties. There are many things to know about vintage properties that are unique to them. You do yourself a disservice if you don't access the knowledge of a Realtor experienced in dealing with vintage properties.

The easiest way is to let me do the search for you (and I'd be happy to do so). Many IDX enabled websites do not allow for extensive search criteria, just the basics, so you really need, at least to do it right, direct MLS access, which Realtors have. If you want me to do a search for you, simply send me a few specifics on what you are looking for (beyond a B2 zoned property in the Highlands neighborhood (there are quite a few available) and I can Email you some listings.
