How do I purchase homes for back taxes in Fulton Co. Illinois

I am very interested in purchasing a country home or land for back taxes in fulton co. Illinois and I am not sure how to go about doing it nor can I find free information about how to do it or how long you have to wait. There are so many places just sitting empty.

FIRST ANSWER

I think all you need to do is have address of said property, call record office and see who pays taxes. Its all Public Records. good Luck!
