Yes, you can go to the county website to locate probate properties. However, in order to get the information about the property, you will need to go down to the court house to get the inside scoop! Perhaps visiting the website below can better assist you.

Great question, I would suggest contacting a Real Estate attorney or an attorney that handles wills,
There are a number of people that sell real estate investment guides on the internet ( Buyer beware). But I would consult an attorney. Probate properties or anything else cars,boats etc are assets that have not been willed to or assigned to a descendant. Finding these items is most likeley best done in the hands of an attorney.
