How do I get the square footage changed on my listing?

If the sqft is correct on your Listing, I wouldn't worry about it on the Posting.

Rod,

If you don't have the extra square footage documented in an appraisal or other official report that would be considered by the AAOR, you can hire an appraiser to re-measure. HIs report with the appropriate square footage change form will be adequate.

If you are talking about in the multiple listing service you need to fill out a form and send it the board and they have to change it. Once they do it should pull over to other web sites.

Ask your Realtor to take care of this for you, if your Realtor does not know how to fix this, get a Realtor that does.
