It may seem to self-serving but the only realistic way to obtain up to date and accurate information on a property with an NOD and on Trulia (which means it is listed on some listing service) is to engage with a real estate agent in the area where the home is located... This agent will be able to provide valuable information about the home, the general market in the area as well as specific information about similar homes that have sold in that area... All of this information is critical in developing a plan to purchase the home.
Tim is right, agents (not all agents are Realtors) have access to systems that can monitor the status of properties going through default/foreclosure and strategies for purchasing these types of properties.
You would be better off contacting a local Realtor that can get real time listing data rather than looking here online where data can be days to months old by the time it gets changed. The Realtor is free to you as well , so why wouldn't you?
