Ron, in the Kansas City area, the Sold info is on our MLS way before the County Recorder gets it. So, not 30 days; more like within 72 hours of Closing.

You might watch the local paper for sale info. Or go to city assessors website

Depending on your area, you can look it up online at the tax office (sometimes taking a few days to a few weeks). Most Realtors can look this information up within a few days.

After it has been RECORDED, which normally takes about 30 days, your Realtor can look it up for you.

Good luck and may God bless
