Hello,

I work with builders and sometimes buyers ( who build for themselves) who are looking for land to build.

I would need more info about your lot and location. You can contact me at 310-455-9595 or simondarvish@audreymax.com.

Jerry,

Contact professional Realtor in area. Lot needs to be listed in MLS. Be sure all information is given about lot's zoning (R1,R2)and dimensions. Owner and Realtor need to check with city for legal buildable. If you have any building reports from city disclose to Realtor and have information stated in MLS listing.

How else? You simply put an add on Craigslist or higher some local simple realtor in your neighborhood and make them work for your money!

Who wants land in Northridge anyhow? That place is not very desirable overall especially raw land

You obviously do not know where Northridge is, there are many million dollar homes in the Sherwood Forest area.

Dear Jerrry,
If you have land in Los Angeles then your best approach would be to talk to a Realtor in Northridge. Zoning will be an important part of the sale process and Raw land is normally the field of Commercial Brokers. I think you would do well to contact a Commercial Broker about it.

The best way is to list you property with a local Realtor and one who is experienced with selling land. I am both. I would be happy to assist you if you are looking. If so... please contact me directly. I would be happy to answer any and all your questions without any obligation... If you like what you hear, we can take it from there. Thank you and have a nice evening.

Dear Jerry,
You should contact a local Realtor in order to sell "Residential single family" land. If the land can be used for Multi Family or other purposes, you should contact a local Commercial Broker. They have the marketing and contacts you need to attract a good buyer for your land.

Hire an agent and have them market the property for you.

Your lot can become accessible to 100,000 + real estate agents if I am to list it.

What city is it in? If it's in LA, I have a buyer.

Hi Jerry,

Wow. 3/4 of an acre in Northridge is great. There are currently NO land listings in Northridge. In fact, only 3 have sold since 2010! It really will depend on where the land is located and the zoning. For instance, a lot of just over an acre sold for $500,000 while a 1/3 acre lot sold around the same time for $575,000. There is currently one lot listing in Escrow that is 17,821 sq.ft. and is asking $300,000.

The best way to find someone to buy your lot would be to hire an experienced Realtor.

I am not only a Realtor, but I am also a licensed Broker (higher standard than a sales person) and a former practicing business attorney. So, you can rest assured your interests will be well represented. I am also affiliated with Coldwell Banker which sells more real estate in the Los Angeles than any other firm.

Please feel free to contact me at (323) 377-5661 or rbaer@coldwellbanker.com

Regards,

Robert Baer, Esq.
