It looks like several people have already given you the correct phone numbers to call about the Edge and Venu. We are Grayhawk condo experts so I thought I'd offer you a little more information about those communities if you are considering purchasing (which it sounds like you are).
Both the Edge and Venu were built as apartments and later converted to condos. The interior quality of the units vary considerably whether they have been upgraded or not. Many of the units on the market today are great deals but do need some work. Many units have the original carpet and appliances from 10 years ago. Others have been renovated by the previous owner.
It is very important when purchasing a condo at either location that you get adequate parking with the unit. There is no guest parking at either complex. When the units were sold as condos most came with only one parking spot or single garage. The buyer had to buy additional parking spots if necessary. I have seen many 3 bedroom condos for sale with only a single parking spot. This is a big red flag if you have two cars. The only place for your second vehicle would be on 76th street! Make sure you get deeded parking spots. We check this out for all of our clients.
If you are financing your purchase, it is good to know in advance that these communities do not qualify for FHA financing. The reserve funds are too low. According to FHA the reserve fund should be $120,000 and it is currently $55,000. They just spent a portion of their reserve to upgrade the pools so it is too low now to get FHA mortgage. Most conventional mortgage companies will allow financing.

Do call the numbers below to confirm. Just looking at some of the property for sale it does show a variance from HOA @ 170-243/mo and PAD fee from $215/mo to 215/quarter. Even when we see these on the listings we do call direct to confirm the information.
