How do I find out if someone owns property?

You can check the county tax appraisal website. On ours we can search by owner name or address.

Get their full name and do a back ground search. You may need additional info as well such as ss# and / birth date.

Depending on the county, you can google the name of the county and appraisal district.
Ex. google Collin County appraisal. When you pull it up, you can search by their name or address.
It will pull up the property they own and give you all the information from size, year, tax, appraisal amount, etc.

You can go to the Dallas County to search for the property report by either address or owner name.
