Any realtor can run a search for you based on school district and email you just those homes that fit that criteria. http://www.weichert.com/buying/BuyersGuide.html

The best way to ensure you are seeing everything on the market in the specific school district is to work with an agent. They can set you up with automatic listing from MLS the minute they come on the market and fit your criteria. Visit the Naperville School district page to see the map and border for each school. http://www.naperville203.org/

Here is a link for the map for Districk 203 http://216.124.78.121/assets/dist-map.pdf You can find it under the "about district 203" tab in the Naperville School District website.

If you would like to connect with a real estate professional in your area, email me today with your specifications. I am positive you will find the home you are looking for with a RE/MAX Suburban Realtor. Visit us on the web athttp:// www.RemaxSuburban.com, we have 7 offices in the Chicagoland area!

Good luck as you move forward!

The information is only as reliable as the agents inputting the data on to the MLS data base. About 60% of the agents only post the school district (#203) and not the name of the grade school. Most of the internet web sites for home listings do not offer this specific search criteria. If you find one that does, then you will only get about 40% of the total listings available (those listings where the agent has posted the name of the shcool). Also, most internet listings stay active on the internet until the sale is complete, so you will have about 20% of the listings you call on already being under contract. The MLS is that a Realtor has available is going to be the most accurate, and a map search AND a school name search will have to be conducted to get the "ALL" the available homes for you. A good Buyers agent can help you.

Mary, I know that you asked this question back in February, however I wanted to let you know that Maplebrook Elementary is located within District 203! Naperville is broken into 2 school districts (Naperville School District 203 and Indian Prairie School District 204).... I live and work in Naperville and it would be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the near future.....

In February, Naperville Illinois tweeked their school assignments again. If you are interested, I have a .PDF file that has all of the new assignments on a nice pretty map. You could use this and yahoo or Google maps to locate the area and schools you are interested in living. PS, if you need a local home inspector, give me a shout. My advice is free, my inspection report costs a little more!! Click my profile and send me an e-mail for that district 204 Map. (Sorry I do not have it posted yet)!

Good idea Elvis (love the name!). Mary, you can certainly try the attendance maps. But if you'd like something less labor intensive, having a Realtor set you up on an automatic search is probably the easiest and most reliable way to ensure you are getting only houses that feed to Maplebrook.

I would be happy to set it up so you can receive automatic emails that will provide you with all the listings on the MLS for those homes in the specific school district in Naperville. Let me know if I can help.

I don't believe there is a good way to do this except through a Realtor. There are lots of websites that allow you to search available homes, however none of them allow you to enter specific criteria like Realtors are able to do. If you'd like to email me with more criteria (number of beds, baths, price range and other must haves) I'd be happy to do the search and email you the results.
