Angie,
The Multiple Listing Service is still shows it as available. MLS#42857 265 Watson Road Paducah, KY priced at $145,900.00. You should contact your Realtor of choice for further information and to set up an appointment for showing. GOOD LUCK!
I hope I have been helpful.

I agree that notifying an agent would be a good idea. You may be able to call into the main office of a local real estate firm. Explain to them what your needs are and ask them if they would mind assisting you or at least get you in contact with someone that is willing to provide you with this service.

If you know which company had the property listed - try calling that office and locate the listing agent. That person would be the best to speak with regaurding this matter.

Good Luck and have a great evening.

I've been in that house twice. I have a buyer who was seriously looking at purchasing it but decided not too after the second visit.

However, the MLS says this home is still available.

If you know the company or the agent that listed the property give them a call. They wil still have the info. and would probably be glad to share it.

The easiest way for you would be to contact a realtor in the area of the property you are inquiring about. They can pull the property information and history from the Multiple List System as well as research public records with ease (since it is something they do on a regular basis). You as an individual can also go about obtaining some information from the public records i.e. county clerk, PVA, Sheriff’s office and so forth.....nevertheless it will be difficult to obtain the MLS history without a Realtor. I hope that helps and best of luck in your real estate goals!!

Also, it is always key to keep in mind that the seller pays commissions so it is a win-win situation to have representation during the home buying process. Most agents will be more than happy to talk with you and assist in any way they can.
Best Wishes!!!
